Well, that wasn't what I had planned 🀨Left knee clicking and painful, right calf swelled, right foot tingled, and I was coughing like a drain! So, back to a couple more W5R1&2 and then I'll try for the 20 minutes again.

Oh gosh. .. a few days rest sounds to be a plan? Some very gentle knee and calf exercise too...when the swelling goes...The run needs you at full strength x

Thank you πŸ™

Yes, I'm going to park my bum for a couple of days, just do my usual daily dog walks and have my work station set at standing to help my spine realign on the long 9 hour days at my desk πŸ™„

The right calf/foot I think is either a bit of post-thrombotic syndrome or my spine not being great at work for the last couple of days anyway (the old pre-surgery problem flaring up!). My knee is just moaning and moving, as it does, so I think I will be running with a knee support on when I go back to see if that will help.

Rest up and a (small) step backwards is the order of the day methinks. Watch this space, I'll be back, in the immortal words of Arnie πŸ˜†

I had a problem with clicking and swollen knee. I’m not sure what it was but there was pain behind the knee and it wasn’t improving very quickly. Anyway I read that doing half squats might help. It might be coincidence but there was an almost immediate improvement and it’s almost back to normal now. It might be worth a try if it’s not painful? I only did 5 very gently to begin with.

Mine is due to a very old partial knee replacement and osteoarthritis. Rest is about all one can do, but thanks for the suggestion which I do appreciate πŸ˜€I'm glad your sorted itself out - there's nothing worse than knee or hop pain (both of which I get!) πŸ™„
