W5R3 .... YAY! (And thanks)

The gremlins telling me I can't do it need to get out of the way while I keep going... And today, on the dreaded W5r3 they did. I posted last week saying I didn't see myself as someone who could run 20 mins without stopping. Turns out I am that someone - kept going all the way. Everyone's right - its's NOT as bad as you think. I did want to stop at 18 mins but the thought of posting and telling you lot I'd done it kept me going... So thanks for all the encouragement last week. If you've gone W5R3 apprehension, go for it. It feels great. Good luck, all, wherever you are on the programme.

Here here. The bit about posting as the one who didn't do it kept me going too. Fantastic forum isn't it. And doesn't it just feel great. Good luck for the tough weeks ahead (at least I found them tough anyway).
