Hiya,I'm on week 6 of the c25k and today I ran for 4 miles at a steady 11.30 min mile. I'd just like to say to everyone please believe in yourself you can do this,just be positive

Welcome to the forum! I’m a bit confused about which run you’ve done-none of the week 6 runs are four miles long. Are you following the NHS Couch to 5k programme?

I have been but decided today to just run and see where it took me
It's likely to take you to the injury couch with an overuse injury .Stretching a week 6 run to 4 miles is definitely not something we would recommend to anyone on the program
An overuse injury can come out of the blue and take you out for days, weeks or even months .
As several have found out to their cost.
Following the program is the best way to progress with minimum risk of injury .
