Believe in the C25k plan! Believe in yourself!

Folks I'm posting this not to show off but to encourage...

One year ago today I did Week 4 Run 2 and, as in all the sessions, struggled but got through it.

One year later and I've done my first ten-mile race. And I was wearing a running club vest for the first time too. If you had suggested this time last year that I'd be doing those things I'd have laughed.

If I can do it so can you. Believe it. :)

  • Sounds like a fab achievement and you should be proud of it. I graduated only in October 2016 and have a few months to get to 10 miles........if my legs will carry me! Would love to be able to do the same by my runniversary.

  • Congratulations Anne! Well done that girl😆

  • Excellent and inspiring work. Well done

  • Thanks for that Anne. That's certainly something to aim for, although I can't imagine it at the moment! x

  • Brilliant post Anne and huge congratulations on your 10 miler! You are so right - this running journey is a very special one. You must have felt so proud crossing the line in that vest, what a long way to come in a year (and a long way to run!). Which 10 miler was it and have you done a write up of the day? Would love to read it.☺

  • Just found your run report on Bridge to 10k forum...☺
