I literally punched the air today when Jo told me I’d finished the dreaded 20mins!! I was honestly so elated!
I did take it nice and slow and steady. I found that once you just get into the mindset that you have to just keep running it seems to just happen. I kept in mind everything everyone said on here and it really helped.
I would never have believed after week one I’d be able to just keep on running for a full 20 minutes! Thank you so so much for all your help and advice! What an amazing feeling!! 👏👏🥰
