I literally punched the air today when Jo told me I’d finished the dreaded 20mins!! I was honestly so elated!
I did take it nice and slow and steady. I found that once you just get into the mindset that you have to just keep running it seems to just happen. I kept in mind everything everyone said on here and it really helped.
I would never have believed after week one I’d be able to just keep on running for a full 20 minutes! Thank you so so much for all your help and advice! What an amazing feeling!! 👏👏🥰

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, punched the air, wow, that run wasn't as dreaded as much as you thought, you should be very proud of yourself, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
