I have just completed run 3 of week 9 and I’m so proud of myself!
I have always been a notoriously bad runner and I would have never thought I could run for 30 minutes non stop!
I managed 4.5km which I’m very happy with even though its not the full 5k I have something to work towards. I thought I was only going to do 3.5k when I was on the treadmill running at 7km/h. Apparently I run faster outside which I would have never thought.
If you are struggling then just keep going you can do it I promise! Good luck and don’t stop running 🏃🏽♀️🥇🤩
