Decided to go back to C25K today after six months switching off (And not doing much running before this). I managed to kick off with week 4 run 1 and whilst I was running very very slow, I completed the run without stopping, which made me proud.

I had completed Coach in 2019 and it was my first time running ever, it was very painful physically at first, I found it easier today so was happy to feel that I had a bit of resilience built in.

Well done on starting up again 👍Though after 6 months not running I would have started again at week 1 .

Remember it's not just about aerobic fitness but also resistance to injury .

Take care
