Well, I completed up to the beginning of W3R3 and that was 4 months ago, I want to start running again and wondered if I should start from the beginning W1R1 or from where I left off?

I think I would. It's all about gradually building up your stamina and 4 months is a long break. Good luck

You gave up!

You will have to start at the beginning I think unless you have been keeping fit in other ways. You could always try and pick up where you left off and see how you get on. You have nothing to lose

Good luck and stick with it this time. It's only 9 weeks and it will be the best 9 weeks work you ever did

I'd start again. What made you stop last time? If it was just not getting out there, then some have found writing their planned runs into a diary helps them stick to it. If it was an injury then I hope you're over it and manage to avoid it this time round. Whatever it was, do try to avoid the same problem this time. Hope you enjoy the 9 weeks and that the sense of achievement you get helps you keep going :)

Yep start tonight! Take care, be SLOW, and listen to Laura's every word. And this time stick it. You know it makes sense

Have fun with it! It doesn't have to be a deadly chore.

I'd done a bit of running before but none for several months, and started the programme at week 3. If your general fitness is ok, you might be fine to pick up where you left off? I just kind of gave it a go, and when it was challenging but managable, decided that was fine. It was.

Either way, best of luck. The rewards are well worth the odd moment of discomfort/despair/having to mop sweat out of your eyes on your already sweaty T-shirt in public. :)

Thanks for this. I have started where I left off last night and it was fine. I was surprised that I enjoyed it so much. Will definitely keep it up from now on.
