After completing C25K walking decided to try jogging - very slowly! Still pain from intermittent claudication but by 3rd run recovery to no pain much quicker! Looking forward to week 2.

It sounds like your walking version put you in a great position to start running! As long as your medical people are happy with the level of pain you’re getting, just keep doing what you’re doing. Slow and steady will get you where you want to be. We’re all rooting for you and here to cheer you on 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Medicals can't seem to commit themselves as to whether I should jog or not so decided that I'd find out for myself! So far, so good.
