This morning I started my couch to 5k journey! I attempted this during lock down and made it to week 3 before quickly giving it up.

Completed my stretching, run, warm down and then had a good breakfast!

Pretty proud of myself and ready for the next run on Friday ☺️

Excellent, well done !Your after run stretches are probably more important than pre run , but if you do pre run as well that's fine .

Just make sure you don't get them the wrong way around .

In other words , Dynamic before running and Static after the run 👍
