Just started week 2, due to longer run sections pace has dropped slightly but distance is up slightly so all good. Residual limb feeling the pressure of the 90 second run sections so not pushing too hard. I'm rather pleased so far 😁🤞💪👍

yes this is common fact keeping a comfortable pace over longer distances helps to build up the stamina and muscle memory! Speed is not important at this stage it’s consistence, getting your breathing under control!
