Thatβs week 1 run 3 done, hopefully Iβll get through the next 8 weeks as smoothly as this one, feeling really positive after the first week and Iβm actually looking forward to trying out the slightly longer running sections of week 2, Iβm slow (very slow) but Iβm doing it π

Well done! Im back at W2R2 tomorrow. Im a very slow runner - even when I managed (years ago) to complete a 15k, I never got any quicker. Thats mainly why Ive never joined a running club and prefer to run solo
