Well done! Has anyone told you about the “toxic ten” yet? The first ten minutes of any run are often harder than the rest of it as you warm up and your body realises your running! Knowing about it really helps to be be patient and not worry too much if I’m finding it hard at the start.

yes I had! One of my B2R buddies said the 1stk is the hardest as you are waking all your body up and kicking it into running mode! Then it settles down and says ok we can do this! ☺️

well done BGood ..sometimes setting off too fast can make a run feel hard at first so starting slow and gradually increasing speed, if you want to, is the best idea…no pressure on time or distance though, just enjoy yourself
