Well done! Has anyone told you about the “toxic ten” yet? The first ten minutes of any run are often harder than the rest of it as you warm up and your body realises your running! Knowing about it really helps to be be patient and not worry too much if I’m finding it hard at the start.
well done BGood ..sometimes setting off too fast can make a run feel hard at first so starting slow and gradually increasing speed, if you want to, is the best idea…no pressure on time or distance though, just enjoy yourself
