Today I finished week 9 run 3 😁 so totally amazed I've managed to do this despite having Bronchecstasis.....Now I need to push myself further.....But where do I start ??

Congratulations on completing C25K! As others have said don't push yourself or you'll be more likely to get an injury which will be hugely frustrating. Go at it gently and consolidate the 30 mins running for a few weeks. When you do want to increase distance don't up it by more than 10% a week.
