I have been cheerfully consolidating for a few months. Today ran for 60minutes for the first time. During the run I remembered week1 and how difficult running for a minute was. If you’re struggling persevere! Take it easy! This is a great programme that really works. Thanks to all involved!

That's really encouraging! Well done!

Well done! If you head over to the Bridge to 10k forum and ask, there is a badge for 60 minutes running😀

It's funny how the magic 30 becomes the magic 60 Jog176 😂 That's my next target too 😁

Congratulations Jog176, that's a great benchmark!

I know how it feels because I'm at a similar point having progressed to 60 minutes by Christmas Eve '22.

I like your phrase "I have been cheerfully consolidating for a few months." Having had injuries in the past I am acutely conscious to minimise chance of injury and with that as my top priority have concentrated on a lot of consolidation to bed in progress.

Wishing you all the best with your running.
