Running in the rain

If someone had told me 3 weeks ago, I was going to voluntarily run in the rain, I'd have passed out laughing. I did it today, I did not let the rain be an excuse to procrastinate today's run. Week 2 Run 2 ✅ done

I never fancy a run when it's cold & wet, but I go anyway & frequently they are some of my most enjoyable runs.

I'm not sure if it because it's unexpected to enjoy it, because I don't overheat or because when it's heavy I feel like a bit of a loon...probably a mix of all 3 😁

It certainly makes you feel alive...well done for just getting out there regardless 😊

Thank you 😊. I almost turned back in when I saw the rain, but I was all dressed and already out in the cold, so I was like oh well its better to just get it out of the way then, and it surprisingly felt great!
