W9R3 done!!! Wahooo!! 🤓🏃‍♂️🎉

Hello everyone! It's only taken me a month more than expected!! Wahooo!!! 😁

I was poised to finish my 3rd week 9 run a month ago...when....COVID struck! It struck my children, my ex wife and then me 😬. Good thing is everyone is better now and this morning was the first morning I was able to go and get W9R3 done! It was slow (I hadn't been out for 4 weeks), I didn't know how my body would respond, but it was joyous! The sun came up to join me, the birds sang their beautiful melodies, the wind whistled through trees as they shook maracas to help my run!

Yeah!! I've only gone an done it! I can't believe it! Thank you to all and everyone for all your truly wonderful advice and support!!!

Thanks Instructor57! I hadn't thought about getting to this point really. Just concentrated on keeping on going. This programme has given me such a new vigor for running I had lost decades ago after a series of debilitating injuries. It's a truly amazing programme and the best part of it all is this group. I'd never have kept going without you all. Huge thanks. 🎉
