just wanted to share my journey. I started couch to 5k a year ago today. One of my friends wanted to do a 10k run in October which I managed to do and have since done 2 10ks a months and even stretched to a 15k in November. At the start of last year I struggled running the 60 seconds! I have asthma and hadn’t exercised like couch to 5k in such a long time. You can do it, just persevere and be kind, if your body needs a break have a week off and listen to it! Wish you all the best!
