I've started Couch to 5K three times and each time got to week 2 and then lost all of my motivation. I've entered a 5k race in mid June and this time I really want to stick with the programme and try to complete this without walking. The race is to raise money but ultimately this about getting off the couch and trying to increase my fitness. Just completed Week 1 Run 1 and feeling good. Planning to blog my progress as reading all the blogs here has helped to increase my motivation - this time I will do it!
