Just completed the 9 weeks Couch to 5K.
63 years of age, overweight, lack of energy, getting out of puff up stairs etc.
Course was hard work at times but DONE IT now able to run 5K, still hard work and breathing still not great but it works!! Lost getting on for 2 stone, feel so much better. 1st Park run in few weeks time with my 3 children; eldest one doing the course as well. Thanks to Couch to 5K feel SO MUCH better and i will keep going. Done 5K run every other day since completing the course. Would add did fall in and out of love with Sarah Millican during the 9 weeks!!
