6 months ago yesterday I went out the front door and did week 1 day 1 of couch to 5k and it’s been the best thing that ever happened to me. I graduated at the start of August,did a 10k in September and yesterday I completed my first half marathon in 1.50. Can’t believe 6 months ago I couldn’t run. Anyone can do this believe me! Bring on the Manchester marathon in April!
