Since graduating a couple of weeks ago, I've stuck to repeating run 3, week 9. Today I switched to Strava, put my music on and just ran. My legs felt light and breathing was good, before I knew it I'd done a big loop back to my house and when I checked my report I'd ran 5.8km.
I'm not planning on doing this every run, but think I needed to prove to myself I could do 5k.

Brilliant, a month after completing I set myself to do a Parkrun and succeeded in a better time than I imagined possible and was comfortable at the end. Have you found Bridge to 10k support here on HU? BTW I don't think many achieve 5k on C25K. I managed about 3.7km at 9/3.
Hi, the most I ever managed in the 30mins was 4k. I'm not too bothered about times at the moment, I just want to clock up some miles and hopefully the increase in pace will come. I have downloaded a 5k to 10k app, but I'm not looking to start it until sometime in the new year. Just want to get comfortable at 5k first.
