It has taken almost a month for my knees to be pain free. I can’t describe how painful they were, I have done a couple of short walks to test them out. Today I have repeated Week 1 Day 1 of C25K. I am taking it very slowly but so far so good. 😀. Fingers crossed I don’t get a reoccurring knee problem 🏃🏼♀️

such a relief to be free of pain and back out there. Take it very slowly! Enjoy!

Well done to you Cuckoogoose on starting C25K, hopefully the pain you had in your knees won't return, congratulations on completing and repeating run 1 of week 1, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's as you have already done, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K.

Good luck with your runs - are you seeing a physio about the best way to stretch etc.?
