A long way to go but have successfully completed week 1. Feeling really proud of myself! Had a slight twinge on the top of my foot when I set off which worried me as I thought it might worsen as I ran but if anything it eased off and couldn’t feel it by the time I had finished... weird haha!!

There are lots of YouTube videos on foot strike that may help with your feet. Also, its difficult at this time, but be careful to wear supportive running shoes.👍
