Just completed my 3rd run of 25 mins. I'm happy with my progress . I've noticed without even trying that my pace per km and cadence has improved from the 1st 25 min run to the 3rd 25 mins run. Just shows that as your fitness improves so does your pace. Next run will be 28 mins.

Congratulations to you rungranny on completing your 3rd 25 minute run of week 7, it actually was your 4th 25 minute run as run 3 of week 6 is also 25 minutes, onwards and upwards to week 8 which as you say is 28 minutes, 3/28 minute runs altogether, not long now until you graduate.

I’m right there with you Rungranny . I am coming up in my 2nd run of W9 and my pace gets a bit better each time as well as my heart rate 💪🏻😊 Happy running!
