Well friends!!! I’m back!!! Honestly I didn’t think I would still have it in me to run 25 mins straight. Of course it was “slow and steady”. What you can’t tell in the picture is that ground is SOAKED we have had so much rain this weekend... in fact it was raining off and on during the run.
But I felt SO GOOD (chuffed I believe would be correct terminology for this board)
I’m not sure what my training will look like from here on out. Definitely not going to overdo it. Still cross training (I did a workout before this run) and working on eating better!
But anyways! I’m back!

Well done! I’ve just completed first run of week 7 (they’re all 25 mins this week). Never thought I would manage that 6 weeks ago. Yes, slow & steady - I ran on the Hackney Parkrun route and am sure I only managed about 3K in that time. Still as Laura says we’re building stamina at the moment!
