I DID IT!! Donโt get me wrong it was excruciatingly slow ๐ but I did it. I kept the good pace the whole time and ran faster for the last two minutes.
Never in a million years did I think I could run for 25 mins regardless of how fast or slow it was.
Thank you for all the advice Iโm glad I did it. Onto the next ๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ

Well done Emolie - thatโs the breakthrough run done - psychologically itโs a big step. I wish you all the best for your next C25k runs ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7, not long now until you graduate ๐๐
No 100%. Itโs a selfish thing fitness and running, itโs about you no one else. I used to really freak out about running outside because I didnโt want people looking at me (obviously they didnโt) and now I run in a park with dog walkers and loads of people around me. So only onwards and upwards for us x
So so pleased for you!! We started off together but IC put me behind . I canโt tell you how pleased I am for you . We said we could do this ๐ช๐ช.
Wish me luck and good legs as this weekend I am on the 20mins ! Massive challenge but up for it as they say .
