Am at the same stage as you. I didn't believe I'd ever run for 5/8/10/20/25 mins but I did. We did! So we CAN do it!

I think it’s 25 mins all next week isn’t? You’ll do great 👍

I felt the same as you after the first 25 min run, I honestly thought it must have been a fluke that I managed it! Today I completed week 7 and it was my best run so far and feeling much more positive that I can manage next week's runs. I'd go so far as to say week 7 is when I've started to believe I'm becoming a runner. Stay positive and remember if you've managed it once you can do it again! :)

I am sure you will be fine, you know you can do it and every run builds stamina and should build confidence, I have just done my W7R3 outdoors and did it comfortably despite not feeling great when I set off, just keep at a pace you can sustain

You just have to do it so that we who are behind you are inspired that we too can do it. I’m sure you’ll make it - believe in yourself.

I am in the same position as you - just completed 25 mins for the first time - what a rush! I found it easier than the 2 10 min runs so am not as panicky - I think the programme is designed to support us so it is perfectly timed and each extra minute we run encourages us more - you can do this, it will be week 8 before you know it!
