I just had the best last run of week 8! I’m so ready for my 30 minutes next week. And by this time next week I will be asking for my graduation badge!!

I bought this running belt back in June in preparation for doing Park runs. 3 stone (45 pounds) later I put it on and realised I may need to tighten it 🤣🤣 This is the celebration I will enjoy 😊
