I really can’t believe I only have 3 runs of 30 minutes next week to graduate. I struggled with week 1, it took 3 weeks of week 3 before I felt brave enough to progress to week 4 and now I’m here at the end of week 8. It’s all about pace, I know I’m slow but I’m doing it, the park is so lovely early in the morning and I will succeed, look out for my post next Sunday, keep going everyone you can do it.

massive congratulations! one week to go. I have just started week 8 and I didn't complete the run this morning - I have a feel week 8 is going to be my week 3 :) but that's ok! It's all about the end result. well done again!!

Why do they make you do 3x30 mins for the final week? Wouldn't it be better to do 28 on W9R1, 29 on W9R2 and save the 30 for the final ever run? Otherwise, it seems like graduation is done with two runs spare.

Congrats on your success Newtsandfrogs!

Well done, im right here with you. I start week 9 on Monday. We've come so far. I was over 16st when i started this and now i will soon be 2 st lighter. I walked but hadn't run in 34 years. It's been tough at times and sometimes ive felt my motivation slipping so i jump on the scales which helps me to focus. Its going to be a long run for us this week but if i take it slowly at the start and build up to it I'll be fine. Good luck, see you at Graduation. You got this!
