Finished week 8 today. Except for weeks 3 and 5, the rest of this programme has really kicked my behind. But if my knees/hips/ankles behave, I'm on track to graduate next week.
Thank you to everyone who has posted on my past few updates, and apologies for not responding to your messages individually. I've been posting to keep myself accountable, but I do read all your messages and appreciate the support. I'm slowly starting to feel better. One day soon I will hopefully feel good enough to respond to everyone and comment on your posts too. It's still one day at a time for me.

Shivani, we understand xx Don't add any pressure to yourself by feeling that you need to respond.
You are doing SO well continuing at the moment. I know you feel you need to and it is a fantastic legacy but give yourself the time and space you need with everything for as long as it takes xx
Well done lovely, you are doing so so well. As jt24 said don't put any more pressure on yourself than absolutely necessary!! We're all here for you as much as we can be on a forum & your replies are not needed, we know you read our replies & most importantly we know you appreciate them.
You take care & a huge well done. 3 to go woop woop
x
You have done brilliantly Shivani as others have said no need to respond
Goodluck with the 3 remaining runs look forward to seeing your graduation post
Thanks, everyone. I work from home and running gets me out of the house, which I need to do once a day or I'll go mad! It's been emotionally easier to run since last Friday's wringer, and it's been helping to get back into a routine and out of the house. 3 more to go!
One post from you is all it takes for all of us to know you're there, you really don't need to respond to everyone. It will be swings and roundabouts on the emotional front for a while yet, but at least the running can take your mind off things. Graduation is now in sight. x
