Happy good Friday!π₯π«π£ Finished week 8 earlier on today, but really struggled. I think I ran too soon after breakfast. My w8r2 was definitely the best of the 3 this week, although I'm still happy with today's result. It didn't help that I was running on a treadmill next to a large glass window with the sun beaming in! So hot!! π€
My original aim was to complete week 9 by the time I go to Bali, which is now in 6 days time, so I best get running! πββοΈ
Anyway, it's now time to celebrate my sisters birthday & the bank holiday weekend, so cheers to that πΎπ₯ enjoy everyone π

It wasnβt my best run (stitch due to vino the night before and a new pair of shorts π) but I got it done and didnβt stop! I think Iβve found my pace now too and seem to settle into quite a good rhythm after a few minutes. When is your R1?
Well done you, and at least you know the reasons why it wasn't your best run.. but we've all got to enjoy a vino haven't we π€£ are you running outdoors? I've been doing mine on a treadmill so it sets my pace for me, I do worry that I'll try outdoors & not find my pace. I plan to complete the last 3 runs on the treadmill then start to venture to outdoors. I'm planning on doing R1 tomorrow (depending on how many gins I have today!!) π»
Pretty amazing feeling! No way I was going to let anything stop me this morning!! Good luck with your next two runs, be good to go off to Bali a graduate wouldnβt it?!
A very Good Friday and happy Easter weekend to you Clairer6873, if you had ran on the dreadmill earlier in the day when the sun wasn't shinning through the window of the gym or even outside you might have found that run not so hard. Onwards and upwards to week 9 and especially run 3 your graduation run. π π
