Run5:3 completed but not easily! I was a little later starting out & the weather warms up very quickly here in Maui…I knew if I could just get past the toxic first 10 mins I would be halfway & then there’s definitely no stopping me.. and then that reward a dip in the ocean.

What a glorious reward it turned out to be as a beautiful turtle swam right under me. He looked exactly like the one in the photo! (Not my photo). No effort, no struggle as he glided away.. that’s how I want to run … no effort no struggle… dream on Annieapple!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, that was lovely seeing that turtle similar to the photo when you had a dip in the sea after your run.

congrats on completing week 5! It is a fantastic feeling completing that long run isn’t it? And Mr. Turtle coming out to congratulate you too?! What a day!! Keep it up! I wonder what sea creature awaits to say congratulations when you graduate 🤔

🤣 We are back home in the UK next Sunday! .. probably be running in the rain ☔️ or perhaps I could go to Scotland and celebrate with Nessie in Loch Lamond! 🤣
