After a horrendous nights sleep last night skipped parkrun this morn and had a bit of a lie in instead, just been out and done the speed podcast then carries on till 5k, the last 2k were a struggle but made it up to 5k and a pb of 27.59 :). Also has a pleasant surprise yest, was trying on a pair of dungarees and had to get size 8 as the 10's pulled up wivout undoing them... Think they might be quite large but still that's what the label says haha. It makes all this feel worth the effort :D

It's good when the next size down fits isn't it!

I've been sorting through clothes - summer things ready for the sunshine and work things for first week long job since last summer. Have discovered that the things that were too small last summer are too big now! Have to do next week's job with trousers held up with a belt as I can't afford new till I've been paid for the work.

I did see someone last weekend who noticed how much weight I'd lost. Happy smiley.

On the scales i haven't really lost anything this last month but been exercising hard and still tryin to eat well so its obv working plus people are noticing :) I don't think i've ever owned any size 8 stuff!! :)

Well done, a PB and a smaller size in clothes. All the very best to you.

My chest has disappeared too...and there wasn't much in the first place!! Why can't I relocate my belly upwards a bit.

Oh my, that's amazing! Have you been on a special diet too or just the running? I still have quite a bit of weight to shift! We'll done you.

I lost all my weight with WW a few years back but since running I started losing again, so I can eat a bit more wholewheat pasta, brown rice and potatoes now, which is a bonus of running reguarly as the calories just get burned off. My fat hips and thighs are slimming down since running and I'm really chuffed about that.

Well done you! that was a fast one! I was a size 8 before running and I am aware of all the calories I burn on my long runs. Chest hasn't completely disappeared but calves and biceps look like I shoved a tennis ball in them! lol! Pies and cakes are now very appealing to me and feel hungry all the time. Cannot wait for my roast lunch!! Early evening run for me! Good luck :)
