Getting my mojo back

I took a break over summer because of the heat -- I have fibromyalgia and as you may know it doesn't mix well with heat.

Anyway, I was at week 7 before I stopped and I've gone back to week 4 to try and get my groove back.

Any advice on how to get back up to week 7?

If you can cope comfortably with W4, then just work your way back through the plan, which is by far the best way to rebuild your stamina and injury resistance.

There is no hurry.
