You needed the rest or you would’ve run. Only four more runs to the end. Hydrate well today, run tomorrow?

I know I felt this way during the course but it’ll come back, don’t worry. The thought of going out will always be worse than the actual reality plus you get that satisfaction when you finish it!

Woohoo - week 8! That's amazing, you're doing >25 minute runs!!

I felt this way early in the program and after a few extra rest days, got back at it and it felt much better. I think this is a tough programme if you've truly been on the couch (I was) and your body can get a bit tired. My legs were just not recovering from that super heavy, tired feeling between runs, and I think giving them a chance to recover and feel good again gave me a real boost. I think this is part of why it's 3 runs a week and not every other day - that extra rest day really does help!

You've come this far, and your mojo isn't going to get you off the couch... you've got to drag yourself out there and find it! :) You can do it... make a plan, set out your clothes and shoes ahead of time so you can't ignore them, and do it! Future Queeny will be much happier for it!

Lift the running shoes up, the mojos hide there alongside the gremlins:)

As long as you feel well and not as if you are sickening for anything...Get your shoes on and get out there.. the mojo will be right there beside you:)

Have you upped your rest day exercise... the longer runs need you to keep working on your core strength and stamina too:)

Slow and steady will get you there...
