I graduated last Nov. I have kept up running 3 times a week . But in Dec i had 1 week off with a bad back and now i can't get back to 30 mins or 5K .I am still runningfor 25- 40 mins but doing lots of walk breaks .

Just don’t set a goal... just run for the love of it... don’t record it, don’t measure it, don’t have any stats to check, go run just for the run... no pressure.

It’ll all come back to you... vary the runs up, go short and see how fast you can do 1k... build 30 minutes back from where you are a few minutes at a time, see how slowly you can run and how good it feels at the end, have fun with it... when you find the fun, you’ll find that the mojo is wrapped up in it.

The longer runs will return soon, I am the same as you, I have been running recently but not for too long, for example yesterday I reran week 2 of C25K along the same route that I ran my graduation run last year, I was thinking 'should I run for 30 minutes' but decided no, still enjoyed the run.

5k and 30 minutes are pretty arbitrary once you get beyond C25K.

All runners have to build back up again after a break and a good training plan that has the same target as you is the obvious route.

My suggestion is to pick up C25K from Week 6.
