Just completed week8r2. All of week 7 and the firsts run of w8 was so tough for me! Mental block I think but today was- date I say it a breeze!!! God knows what's going on but it's done and it started raining the last 6/7 mins which was even better by far my most absolutely joyful run yet haha! :-) Oh and my best times also!

It sure is brilliant! I don't know what makes those runs different to any other but I absolutely loved it and did run with a big smile on my face :-)

There was a time k couldn't stop laughing on the way round when the song "you and Julie" came on haha. Someone mentioned it on here the other day with regards to Laura and Julie it really got me laughing I must have looked like a loon!

Well done - glad to see you are back into it - once I'd done week 5.3 and was into continuous running I found it all went a bit weird - and there were good runs and bad runs without any rhyme not reason - in the end you just come to accept it and not over stress about the bad ones. Keep going - you're a runner now with all the ups and downs that runners have - though I've got to say there are a heck of a lot more ups than downs :)
