wow dudes this run was awesome was totally in zone for it this up there as a fav run looking forward to r2 in 2 days cant believe the improvements im going thru each run its like every 2 days i shift up a gear in level of endurance n stamina not that i havent had a couple of oof that was rough runs but i feel its totally a mindeset n how your body is actually feeling on the day still picking things up as i progress and the advice n just reading posts from this site have been amazing and hugely motivational

Great to read posts like yours, it’s crazy how such a basic action like running brings such joy to us. I feel exactly the same as you- why didn’tI start earlier in life ? but we are where we are it’s better late than never 😊

Agreed - I also finished run 1 Wk 5 yesterday. Was an effort to get out due to some family emotional stuff last week but once finished I was bouncing about wanting more! 🤣. I then went straight out again for a brisk hours walk with my dog - puts my head in such a good place! I love it!

R3 week was the crunch point for me. I just kept going and, when I'd done it, I knew that I would graduate. Good luck, and don't stop when you've graduated.
