W1R3 It's a groove thing, yeah yeah!

I think I might have found my groove! πŸ•ΊπŸƒMy "running" is a bit smoother and more relaxed. I ran further in the 30 minutes, did all the intervals and got home feeling good.

Not bad considering I couldn't stand up straight this morning (arthritic lower back) and had to take Tramadol so I could drive to work!

Got some great week one-rs in my news feed keeping me inspired. Bye bye week 1 πŸ₯‡ 🏁 Let's go week 2, I am coming for you πŸ‘£

Hope your healing is going well.πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘

I was speaking to my neighbour in the gym , who split vertically his knee cap and tore tendon, 5 weeks ago, sledging, maybe 6-9 months recovery time, tendon had to be wired.πŸ€”

Well Jo unbelievably he actually did not fall on his knee, he fell on his back πŸ€” and whatever reaction caused this damage.

We are funny creatures.πŸ€”πŸ™ˆ

Well done Mel!! I’m only one run along from you and still feel chuffed to have stayed committed for a whole week! Had arthritis when younger and remember not being able to move for days sometimes with swollen joints so sympathetic. Let’s keep running to keep well oiled! πŸ˜€

Thanks x Hoping building up supporting muscles with running will help my back in the long term.

That’s amazing Mel.πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘

Hope as your running body strengths you can maybe leave the meds behindπŸ€”.Particularly the Tramadol.πŸ€”

Cannot believe 3-4 years agoπŸ€” I had to take 8 max strength Tramadol, 8 paracetamol and anti inflammatory Naproxene to get me moving from bouts of pseudo gout and seize ups I used to call them.

Now nothing just movement.πŸ€”πŸ‘πŸ‘

Running, all other cardio and strength. Etc.

Take care of you and keep up your good work.πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘
