Completed and feeling fabulous

Finished last week and feeling proud and fabulous. I’d heard people say “how do you know someone is a runner/ run a marathon - they’ll tell you”.

Which I totally get now. I tell anyone who’ll listen that I can now run 30 mins and do park runs!!! They’ll get bored  soon!

Just need to keep it up without Reeces encouragement but will look at other downloads that could help me get a teeny bit quicker and / or run for longer. Might even look at a 10k programme after a few months of consolidation runs.

Congratulations!!!! That’s such an achievement. Really well done. 🥳

It sounds like you’ve got a really sensible plan for what comes next. The magic plan for getting to 10k is what I used and I’d recommend that. Easy to follow and well paced.

Have a look over on Bridge to 10k when you’re ready. There are lots of names you’ll recognise there!

The Nike Run Club app is great for guided runs that could be suitable for consolidation and beyond. I’d look at the easy/recovery runs first and stay at 30minutes or less. Different flavour of commentary to the c25k but I really like it.

Good luck with your consolidation runs!

Congratulations fellow runner. Only just completed the C25k and tell anyone who will listen how great it is and a couple of people have said they'll try again after starting it in the past them giving up so bore away, Haha. I've started listening to the Nike running club app and living it so far x

Congratulations! When I pass someone who says something encouraging, I tell them I did couch to 5k and couldn't even run a minute when I started. I run slowly, so I have time to get that said as I pass! 🤣
