It's a good idea to consolidate for a few weeks by continuing to run 30 minutes, or maybe a bit less - mix up your runs - three times a week.
Even if you did 7k today, it's not advisable to keep doing more right now, you're likely to get injured. Better to take things slowly and gradually.

I would suggest going back to 30 minute runs to consolidate and not taking the risks of injury by running longer or faster otherwise "Where next" could easily be the injury couch.
