Yippee!!! I'be now completed C25K and have started running further (I managed 6km!!). If I had told myself in December that I would be able to go for over 40 mins without stopping I would have fallen off my chair laughing!!
So, apart from telling EVERYONE I meet how amazing C25K is, where do I go from here?
I'm aiming for a triathlon in June (700m swim / 20km bike ride 5km run)....
Any top tips / podcast recommendations?
Thanks!

It is up to you but I have entered a 10k event in June and a Half Marathon in September so I have a challenge to train for. I do 2 X 5k and a long run per week right now (graduated 23 weeks ago now). Triathlon sounds like a big challenge! 😀
That is amazing, well done. There is so much inspiration on here it's unbelievable. I'm on W1R2 tonight if my cold shifts & let's me so to think I could run for 10 mins let alone 30 or 40 without stopping in a few months is just wow!! Well done
I struggled with one minute at the beginning! It really does work, just nice and steady, slow and deep breathing and keep plodding! Take rest days too, they allow you to recover for the next run. Well done!! 😀
Well done on your running so far :)A Triathlon is a great goal to aim at
Only advise is to build up gradually and have rest days built in, recovery is just as important
When I started I could barely do a 1 minute run. 15 months later I'm going to be doing a HM in April. There are plenty of c25kers going (much) faster and running further. Mind you, doing a triathlon is more adventurous than I could manage.
