Getting close to finishing now! How are you finding it?

Week 5 was the hardest week for me and to be honest I think that was about getting over the mental hurdle of 20 minutes without a break. That and remembering to keep it slow and steady. I'll never win anything for speed but that doesn't matter, running for 30 minutes without a break is my aim and I'm beginning to believe that's achievable. 😃

Slow and steady is so difficult! It took me weeks after graduation to properly nail that. It’s so easy to accidentally go too fast. That first twenty minute run is such a milestone. It’s amazing to look back and remember that running for a couple of minutes was an achievement at the time.

Enjoy the rest of your runs.
