Well I have just completed w7 r 1 and managed😁

I know this program is about being able to run for 30 mins. I believe I will be able to go for another 5mins

(just picked long suffering hubby off the floor🤣)

But I compete against myself(always have)

W6 run 3 shuffled in 10.15 km pace

W7 run 1 shuffled in 9.59 km pace

Same time running 2 days apart

Cant believe the magic that happens on this program

I am one vey happy bunny😁

Pace includes warm up /down and 3.54 km distance

It surprised me, or should I say I surprised me- because of the plan, every run!

Well done, not long left, enjoy!

Yep, same here. My pace on the slowest, middle bit of W6R1 today was slightly faster than W5R3 two days ago on Sunday. The two shorter runs were considerably faster.

Love love LOVE this! 💕

Well done! 👏👏👏👏

I’ve just looked at my time’s for W7r1.... virtually identical! But mine didn’t include warm up/down ... which puts your pace ahead of mine!

You have got this! - so chuffed for you!

And hubby can treat you to a set of sparkly nails for graduation! 💅🏻😀

You’re so right- C25k is where the magic happens!

Awww bless you- ok no sparkly nails... but you have to celebrate...

I’ve seen a notch bracelet.. it is a bit of bling but a permanent celebration of my C25k journey...

you can get a notch for C25k graduate and also 5k but also other inspirational running quotes like those girl can’

It won’t break the bank either
