So had a bit of a dilemma over the first 25 minute beasts πŸ˜‚! I’m busy this afternoon and evening, so should I run in the morning which I never do or do I postpone until tomorrow πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ? Well I came up with every excuse not to do it today then went out and SMASHED it πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ˜‚! Total distance including warm up and down 4.92 km, furthest and fastest to date πŸ₯³! I really did intend to take it slower but as soon as Underworld with Born Slippy popped up first on my playlist I knew I was in trouble πŸ˜‚! How the heck u supposed to run slow to that beat πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ! Anyway survived to tell the tale, onwards and upwards to week 7! Oh and since I was running in daylight for a change, thought I’d share a pic of part of my route along the River Ythan in Ellon Aberdeenshire! Thanks for listening!

Lovely one! πŸ‘πŸΌ And lovely place, with far more sun than we’ve seen today down South.

That looks lovely! We've definitely not seen any blue skies today in Manchester!

It's so easy to come up with ways to put off a run but, perhaps more surprisingly, these are often the most enjoyable runs in my experience. :)

More to the point, you're now free from the stop/start part of the programme, which is actually much more enjoyable than I ever would have thought!
