Done it! Week 5 run 3

I would love to say I smashed my 20 min run but it was quite tough going. However, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, it just requires more focus and a slower pace. So good luck to anyone who is about to do it, you'll nail it.

No, it's not all that bad Alanro, is it, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊

Great job... they only need completing, in a few months you will be able to go short and smash, no, destroy a 20 minute run any time you like!

Enjoy week 6... slow and steady is the key to the intervals.
