I had to come on and post how delighted I feel today....

I not only had lost 3lb in the last week but today I did my 25 min run and loved every second of it... I went at a fraction slower pace than my 20 min run as someone mentioned maybe I was going to fast as I felt tired after 10/15mins but today.. no I felt incredible ! I’m so pleased and now feel so ready for the next weeks ✅
