It was a tad warm at 19deg but me and Slinky got it done and whooped at the end and the dog walkers also joined in smiling and probably thought we were mad.. π²π
As it's the 3rd time of completing c25k with the HU podcast now, so will be making it the last time.
But of course will look in occasionally on here and b210k in due course when I have a number of 30 min runs under my belt and made it to 5km distance, so I can keep running the distance at Parkrun... Think they will have to be flat courses though..
I'd like to thank all contributers/admin for comments and advice over the weeks.. Especially Tim (Iannoda Truffe) who has chimed in giving me some needed support and not forgetting oldfloss where are you floss, been busy, yes? π
Dave..

Huge well done you... here you are again. No badge this time but a huge cheer!Been a tad busy on and around the forums and the Catch up Corner keeps me on my toes too!
Take it slow and steady and shake the runs up a tad too... don't forget some of the longer, relaxed runs, are those which help build up the stamina for our 5K runs too!
