Got to the end of c25k again, well, for the 3rd time for me actually, as have accompanied slinky on her c25k efforts before and once on my first time some 5 years ago,so, can I have a gold medal this time please?!
All the runs went well, albeit some felt so hard, thought I was going to stop, especially w9r1&2, I may have been slightly unwell on those runs as w9r3 was feeling much better and picked up the pace without much problem for both of us to the finish line..what next? consolidation of 30 min runs on toward 5km distance in time..
I wonder if iannodatruffe has now finished c25k, as I know he's redoing the plan at about the same time as me, so well done to him..π

You know the form now... 30 minute runs... shorter runs and some of those longer slow, relaxed runs that build up distance and speed:)π₯ππββοΈ
Divine Dave! You have given me lots of support and good advice over the years so yes, definitely a BIG FAT gold medal
Many congratulations Dave, I know what it means to be getting back up to speed.
Tomorrow morning is my scheduled Graduation Run slot.
I haven't felt the euphoria of first time through, almost seven years ago, and am considerably slower (because I am older and wiser, maybe??) but I can feel the strength returning and now almost believe that I will be able to run again on a regular basis.........I just have to restrain myself, remembering that I am older and wiser.............
